Why should I choose Svenson for my hairloss problem?

We have more than 30 years of experience when it comes to hairloss and scalp management in men and women. We offer only the most advanced and complete solutions, from surgical to non-surgical options, for a wide range of hair and scalp problems. Our team of qualified trichologists provide correct diagnosis and tailor a specialized program for your unique concerns.

What is a trichologist and how can he/she help me with my hairloss problem?

A trichologist is a trained and qualified hair specialist and the best person to go to for hairloss problems. He/she will diagnose and recommend the appropriate treatments and follow-up to ensure the client is getting good results.

Do you offer hairloss treatments for women?

Yes. Svenson is a centre that offers services to both men and women.

I have a medical condition. Can I still undergo Svenson treatments?

It depends on the medical condition. That is why before you start your anti-hairloss program, it is important to sit down and talk to one of our trichologists so we have complete knowledge of your medical history and conditions.

What are Hair Replacement Systems?

Our Hair Replacement Systems are for clients who are in the advanced stages of baldness. These are non-surgical hair additions that are virtually undetectable to touch or sight. One option is the Hair Intergration System, which is a hair weave that’s ideal for you if you need only partial hair additions.   Another option is the latest hair replacement system called the Transdermal Cosmetic Reconstruction or TCR. It’s synthetic skin with hair implanted in it that’s bonded to your scalp. It looks exactly like your own hair growing out of your skin. You can sleep with these hair additions on, or even shower, comb, or style them without any worry of them coming off.

Is Svenson’s Transdermal Cosmetic Reconstruction (TCR) different from anti-hairloss treatments?

TCR is a hair replacement system ideal for those in the advanced stages of baldness. Our anti-hairloss treatments, on the other hand, are for those who have other hair and scalp concerns. These treatments are clinically proven to arrest the main cause of hairloss and stimulate better hair regrowth, restoring the health of your hair and scalp.

If more than half of my hair is already gone, what solutions do you have for me?

For advanced hairloss, we highly recommend our Hair Replacement Systems. These advanced non-surgical hair additions are bonded to your scalp and look like your own natural hair. You can style it the way you want, shower, do workouts, play sports, or even swim with it. You can let someone run their fingers through your hair and they wouldn’t know the difference.

Is hair transplant suitable for me?

The best person to ask if you’re a good candidate for a hair transplant is a certified hair and scalp expert, like our trichologists at Svenson. They will thoroughly and correctly evaluate your hairloss and give you their recommendation. You may schedule a free consultation by calling 892-HAIR (4247).

What are the 2 types of hair transplants?

One is Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT or Strip FUT). This is done by taking a strip of hair from the donor site, generally from the back of the head, which is then dissected into smaller groups and then implanted into the recipient sites (thinning and balding areas). The other one is Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), which is a no-stitch, no linear scar technique that implants hair individually into the recipient sites.

What can I expect before, during, and after the procedure?

During your consultation, Svenson will provide you a clear picture of what to expect. Generally speaking, you can expect that before the hair transplant, you will be given guidance and pre-op instructions to properly prepare you for the procedure. During the transplant, you will be in the expert hands of board-certified, aesthetically trained plastic surgeons. After the hair transplant, you will be recommended follow-up treatments to aid your hair regrowth and ensure your hair and scalp are healthy. Unlike other hairloss clinics, only Svenson provides complete pre- and post-transplant care.

Are hair transplants permanent?

Yes, because the transplanted hair will be taken from the back of the scalp, where hair is genetically more resistant to pattern baldness. This is why it is important to choose a place with proven expertise and have experienced, board-certified plastic surgeons.

How much do Svenson hair replacement systems/anti-hairloss treatments cost?

Less than you would expect. Anti-hairloss and scalp corrective programs start at Php 30,000. Hair Replacement Systems start at Php 40,000.

Does Svenson offer take-home products?

Svenson has a range of products and treatments that can be used at home if you can’t go to our clinic for your treatments regularly.

Do you have a refund policy?

Clients are given 48 hours after purchase to decide whether or not they will proceed with their hair transplant procedure. For the refund to be processed, the client must accomplish a refund request letter, which must then be submitted to the branch where the purchase was made. The refund request letter is subject to the review and approval of the company.
