FAQS

Why should I choose Svenson for hair restoration?

We have more than 30 years of experience when it comes to solving hairloss in men and women. We offer only the latest and most advanced non-surgical treatments for scalp problems, hairloss, baldness, and everything else concerning your hair and scalp. Our team of qualified trichologists provide correct diagnosis and tailor a specialized program to address your hair and scalp problems.

What is a trichologist and how can he/she help me with my hairloss problem?

A trichologist is a trained and qualified hair specialist and the best person to deal with a hairloss problem. They will diagnose and recommend the appropriate treatments and follow-up to ensure the client is getting good results.

Do you offer hair restoration treatments for women?

Yes. Svenson is a centre that offers services to both men and women.

Are the treatments for women different from the treatments for men?

Yes. The treatments are different because women lose their hair for different reasons, which are more often than not due to hormonal fluctuations. These days, almost 40 percent of Svenson’s clients are women, so we are very much experienced when it comes to treating women’s hairloss problems.

What is a hair restoration treatment?

Hair restoration procedures are for clients who have already lost their hair and those in the advanced stages of baldness. We have the latest hair replacement system called the Transdermal Cosmetic Reconstruction or TCR. It’s the best and most natural thing that can be applied on the scalp. It’s synthetic skin with hair implanted in it that’s bonded to your scalp, on top of your skin, using a surgical adhesive. When it’s bonded to your scalp, it looks exactly like your own hair growing out of your skin. It’s virtually undetectable to touch or sight, it’s gossamer thin. It’s simply the most advanced form of non-surgical hair replacement there is.

Is Svenson’s TCR different from anti-hairloss treatments?

The TCR is a hair replacement system used for advanced baldness. Our anti-hairloss treatments, on the other hand, are for those who have recoverable hairloss problems. These treatments are clinically proven to arrest the main cause of hairloss and stimulate better hair regrowth, restoring the health of your hair and scalp.

How long do treatments last? How often should one have them done before seeing visible results?

Treatment sessions are quick and can be done during your lunch break. There is no downtime involved so you can easily go back to your usual activities. Results vary as it depends on what your problem is. If your problem is itching, dandruff, or irritation, which is the most common problem that is seen by our trichologists, then the average client would see an improvement in the first couple of weeks. It really depends on the severity of the problem. Minor problems are cleared up very quickly, but for other more serious problems, it would take longer.

I have a medical condition, can I still undergo Svenson treatments?

It depends on the medical condition. That is why, before you start your anti-hairloss program, it is important to sit down and talk to one of our trichologists so we have complete knowledge of your medical history and conditions.

Is there an age limit for availing the treatments?

Anyone under the age of 18 should be accompanied by one or both their parents on their initial visit. After that, they could attend treatments on their own.

Does Svenson offer take home products?
Svenson has a range of products and treatments that can be used at home if you can’t attend the clinic for your treatments regularly.

How much do Svenson hair restoration/anti-hairloss treatments cost?
Less than you would expect. Anti-hairloss and scalp corrective programs start at Php30,000. Hair restoration systems start at Php40,000.

Do you have a refund policy?
Clients are given 48 hours after purchase to decide whether or not they will proceed with their hair transplant procedure.
For the refund to be processed, the client must accomplish a refund request letter, which must then be submitted to the branch where the purchase was made.
The refund request letter is subject to the review and approval of the company.
